EMOTIONS: GENERAL QUESTIONS

You’ve identified that your feelings or emotions are your greatest concern, or that your feelings are very difficult for you to cope with.

Next, do your best to identify which emotion is presenting you with the most difficulty. Or, identify which emotion you most frequently experience. (Click on one of the options below.)
