Debbie Sorensen, PhD, is a clinical psychologist in private practice in Denver, CO; with a PhD in psychology from Harvard University, who specializes in individual therapy for adults with chronic stress, anxiety, and burnout. Sorensen is cohost of the Psychologists Off the Clock podcast; and coauthor, along with Diana Hill, of ACT Daily Journal. She trains mental health professionals in ACT, and gives presentations to both mental health professionals and the public. She loves getting outdoors in the Rocky Mountains with her husband, two daughters, and dog.
