John Argue is an actor, director, and theater arts teacher who has lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1960. In 1970,he founded his own theater studio, Acting Openhand, where he produced original plays and pioneered advanced techniques of actor training. Since 1985, he has taught movement and voice to people with Parkinson's disease at his studio and at Kaiser Permanente.
