P. D. Goldsmith has spent fifty years exploring the human condition. He started out investigating the ideas of Gurdjieff and Ouspensky and moved subsequently into non-duality, where his main influences have been Jean Klein and Tony Parsons. He was drawn to set out his findings for the benefit of his grandchildren, with the aim of offering them some guidance—whilst recognizing that it is extremely unlikely that they will follow it!
