This is an excellent book to use while working with clients that have depression. It covers a wide variety of symptoms and coping skills. The first couple of chapters are education about what it looks like and where it comes from. The symptom list is amazing. I usually ask teens to name off symptoms someone might experience. They never get anywhere near all. Sometimes they realize they were struggling more than they thought. Great book!
