I had RSI since I was 25 years old, so about 20 years now. I used this book initially back in year 2000. I used the light stretching techniques discussed in the book, which helped me to recover. Although I'm not fully recovered and never will be, I use the techniques of light stretching as one of the essential elements in getting me back to work. I still use the light stretching techniques everyday in order to help me work just a little bit more when my arms get tired
