Customer service representatives are available to help you Monday--Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. We are closed on all federal holidays, the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

When faxing or mailing your order, you may print and use this order form (PDF). Please be sure to include your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Please provide the title and quantity of each book you'd like to purchase.
Please include your credit card number, expiration date, and signature. We also accept personal checks and money orders drawn in US funds. DO NOT SEND CASH. Make checks out to New Harbinger Publications.
We offer both standard and expedited shipping. Charges will vary depending on your location and thetype of delivery you select when you check out. We ship most orders via UPS or US Postal Service. Please be sure to indicate if your delivery address is a business.
Standard shipping rates for UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail are $6.95 for 1 item and $1.00 for each additional item.
California Residents, please note: An estimated sales tax rate of 7.75% will be shown on your order. Actual taxes will be based on your county's tax rate. Your actual order total will be stated in your shipping confirmation email.
All sales of ebooks and downloadable audio books are final. However, feel free to contact us if you believe your electronic purchase is defective or you experience technical difficulties.
If you have ordered print books or physical CDs or DVDs and they arrive damaged or are in any way unsatisfactory, call us. We will arrange to have them replaced or your money refunded. We guarantee your satisfaction with print books and physical CDs and DVDs you buy from us directly for as long as you own them. You may return these products to us at any time for a credit or refund. You are responsible for any shipping charges associated with the return.
