Do you accept orders over the phone?

Yes, we accept phone orders Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Pacific Time, at 1-800-748-6273. We are closed on all U.S. Federal Holidays.

Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

For customers living in California and Michigan, sales tax is charged, based on your CA or MI county's tax rate. Your actual order total will be shown on the order review screen. 

What credit cards or other payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. When faxing or mailing your order, you may print and use this order form. Please include your credit card number, expiration date, and signature. We also accept personal checks and money orders drawn in US funds. DO NOT SEND CASH. Make checks out to: New Harbinger Publications.

Where is my order? Can I track it?

If you provided a physical US shipping address, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when the item leaves our warehouse. It will include a UPS or USPS tracking number depending on your shipping choice at checkout. If you lose this email, please contact us. We cannot track shipments outside of the United States.

How do I return a product?

We guarantee your satisfaction! Print books, physical CDs and DVDs purchased directly from us may be returned at any time for credit or refund. All sales of e-books and downloadable audiobooks are final. However, feel free to contact us if you believe your electronic purchase is defective or you experience technical difficulties. How can I gift an e-book?

Add more than one copy of any e-book to your cart. After checkout, visit the Give e-Books page where you can email the extra copies to others. Recipients do not have to have New Harbinger accounts to download the e-book.
