As a high school teacher for twenty-one years, current students need directed strategies to cope wth changing societal expectations. This workbook provides a good template for teens to develop an awareness of the connection between feelings and behaviors as well as a way to gain control over both. It lays out clear activities in a sequential progression to develop those skills at an individual's own pace. The activities deal with past, present, and future in an easy to understand format with user friendly instructions using a psychological methodology that is proven. It builds emotional IQ skills that we all need. More importantly it puts teens in control of their future choices in situations that feel they have none. It could be a great tool for schools to implement for any student as negative thoughts are a human experience and how we deal with them is a skill we can all learn. Great job, it will help many.

This is a powerful resource and tool for students, parents, and educators alike. Being an educator of 20 plus years, I have seen the landscape of our classrooms change. Teens are placing more and more pressure on themselves every day but lack the skills to cope with it. This workbook provides those skills. With well organized and easy to follow activities, students will be better equipped to handle the pressures facing them. As an educator this workbook provides the necessary knowledge to help us understand and relate to the students. It provides us with the resources needed to help better guide our students. This has been a missing resource for many teachers so thank you Stacie and Gina.
