I am so thrilled to interview Dr. Hibbert on her latest book "Who Am I Without You? 52 Rebuild Self-Esteem After a Breakup." I just recently started reading the book which has inspired me to share this with everyone. During the interview, I ask several questions and one of the questions that I asked about what the author would like to say to her readers and she replied " There are not alone." This is a powerful statement which helps someone who feels as if they are alone. This book provides you with the basic tools to rebuild after a divorce. This book also encourage you to not give up or give in. There is hope for everyone. Thanks Dr. Hibbert for your warm thoughts and words of encouragement. As a counselor, I would definitely recommend this book for all.
