Why do I need an account?

An account is needed to make purchases, access order history, store multiple shipping addresses, view your orders in your account, and maintain access to your downloadable products (PDFs, ePUBs, and audiobooks) and accessories (PDFs, MP3s).

How do I reset my password?

Click “Sign In” at the top of the site, then “Request new password” under the password field. Enter your email address and press “Submit.” You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password within a few minutes. Check your junk mail folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
